What format are the products in?
All ebooks and guides are delivered as PDF files. Dashboard templates come as .pbix (Power BI) and .xlsx (Excel) files. You receive your download link immediately after purchase — check your email.
How do I download my purchase?
After checkout, you'll receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your downloads from your order confirmation page. Downloads are available for 1 year from purchase date.
Can I use the products on multiple devices?
Yes — you can download and use your files on as many devices as you personally own. Please don't share download links with others.
I didn't receive my download link. What do I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us at our contact page with your order number and we'll resend it within a few hours.
