We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll refund your purchase in full within 30 days of the purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@datacareerpath.com with your order number and we'll process your refund within 1–2 business days. You don't need to explain why.

Digital Products

All our products are digital downloads (PDFs and template files). Because they are delivered instantly, we cannot revoke access once a download has been made. However, we still honour our 30-day guarantee — if you're unhappy, we refund you regardless.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate charge immediately.

Technical Issues

If you can't access or download your purchase, contact us before requesting a refund. We'll resolve technical issues immediately — usually within a few hours.
